A day spent at grandma house. the usual practice of heading down to her house every fortnight. meeting up with cousins and chatting. :D
xin gurl grew up so much. only 3 this year, she can talk properly and is soooo CUTE! love her to bits!! she ate lots of stuff today and i keep giving her some of grandma homemade cooling water for her. carried her around too!
saw alfred today and yeah, he became taller too but i think there's a certain distance between us. partly due to my fault as there was a period of time that i didnt go to grandma house due to some problems i was having.
yan yi left quite soon because she had to study for her tests. thats why today entry is 3 out of the usual 4. but her outfit today was cool!
the 3 of us, me, sueping and weiling, headed down to coffee bean near singapore arts musem(sam) as we couldn't stand the boredom at grandma's.

first, we ordered a cappuccino cheesecake where you can barely taste the essence of the cappuccino, a thousand chocolate leaves cake where you can barely taste the chocolately feeling its suppose to give and a small white chocolate blended and a small mocha blended.
when we finished the cakes and drinks, wei ling decided to have pasta. since we shared everything and bill came up to around 9 bucks for each of us.
the pasta was good. tomato-ish enough for me. real tomatoes were used. you can literally see the chunks of tomatoes in the sauce. it tasted oh-so-fresh! to tell whether an italian resturant is good or not, you just have to eat the pasta. if the pasta is good, everything else is good too. thats what i read. but i guess its true because pasta is easy to make, and you can even buy those pre-made one that some chefs dont take the effort to do a decent pasta, thinking that the consumers won't notice. sad to say, in singapore, resturants selling pasta dont use the hand-made types. rather they buy in bulk from those pre-cooked suppliers where you can just find it in a supermarket.

anyway, took some crazy photos. wei ling's refusal to take lead me to take those of hers with her fingers covering her face.
ah.. wad a cool photo of sueping. haha. i went and edited hers. and she look so retro!
we ended our dalliance at coffee bean with this 3 photos.

see no evil
speak no evil
hear no evil
went off to bugis to search for a belt for wei ling and i was pretty high. and as usual saw lots of things i love to get my hands on. ah.. wait for my pay to come in! and than.. muahahaha! XD
the search for the perfect belt was unsuccessful and we walked all the way, laughing and giggling, to grandma's house for dinner and all of us headed home pretty soon.
thats all for a sunday at grandma's!
