hmm.. well, there's a meeting today at far east. breakfast was provided and i had a oreo ice-blended because i wasn't feeling that hungry, or rather, my senses have not awaken yet to the world.
suggestions were made on how to boost sales, what can we do to boost sales etc etc. omg. and the pay system is being changed for one week. this is how it goes:
you have to work minimum 5 hours
the pay will be $20 no matter how long you work for that day (so if you work a full day, which is 8 hours, you will be having a loss of $16)
each day there is a certain target to be hit. example, tomorrow i will be based at vivo (topshop) and my target for tomorrow is $100. if i reach that target, i will get $50 on top of my $20. i am not so worried for tomorrow because its a saturday and sales are bound to be up.
what i am worried about is on sunday because i will be at wisma (topshop) and traffic is kinda slow on sunday. sales target is ($265). AND i am going to WORK the FULL SHIFT! imagine i didnt hit the target! i will be paid like $2 plus per hour only!
oh gosh. lucky they are trying out this till the 28th which is on wed. payday is going to suck this month. i wont be able to get more than $220. so yeah, i can jolly well forget to go on a shopping rampage for my back to school stuff.
and yay~ bing hua is coming back to singapore on the 8th of April! woohoo! will definitely go out with her for some catching up. been almost 2 months since i last saw her.
anyway, lets hope that tomorrow traffic at vivo topshop paper people counter is good and do let me hit my sales target! or i will die horribly. :(
